Changing administrator functions?

  I set up a blog for an author (we are the publisher) and added him on as an administrator. I would like to delete my name as administrator and permit him to take on the responsibility of payments, administration, etc. He is now attempting to renew his domain, but does not see a link to renew. It only states that we “jebaire7” made the last payment. Is there any way to transfer payment options over to him since he is also an administrator of the blog? (Thank you)
