changing alignment of social icons on nishita
-
I would like to create a vertical bar on top of my page, (about same height of my title) where I would put the social icons, since I’m not happy with the widget. On some navitators it’s disproportionned, and the Google+ icon has a white square under it, so I would like to know if it’s possible to do that, like they would not be part of a widget anymore.

What you can do is put the HTML you would like to use into a text widget and then move it into place at the top of your blog using CSS and absolute positioning.
Here is a very basic example to get you started:
#text-10 { position: absolute; top: 0; border: none; }Please post back and mark this thread as ‘not resolved’ if you need additional help.
P.S. The photos on your blog look fantastic! Makes me want to cook something… :)
