Changing all text to white

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hi there,

    I’ve just made a blog, and I cant see the writing very well due to the black background, how/what can I write in CSS to change all the body text to white, aswell as the title text to white (I manually change the post text to white in the visual editor, but cant change the title text)?

    I don’t know anything about CSS, so any help is greatly appreciated!

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    This changes body text to white:

    body, button, input, select, textarea {
        color: #fff;
    }

    For link color (including title text) I’m not sure whether the theme you use support Theme Customizer (http://en.support.wordpress.com/customizer/). If yes, you might be able to change link texts there.

    If not, this CSS changes links to white

    .error, .entry-title a, .entry-content a, entry-summary a, .main-navigation > div > ul > li > a, .widget a, .post-navigation a, #image-navigation a, .pingback a, .logged-in-as a, .more-articles .entry-title a:hover, .widget_flickr #flickr_badge_uber_wrapper a {
        color: #fff;
    }

    Thanks for the help, but it still doesn’t show up white on my posts,

    For example (http://weregamer.com/2014/02/03/next-gen-vs-current-gen/) There title of the actual post is still grey?

    And all the text under categories and recent posts is still all grey?

    Hi there, on the link you reference, I see all the text on that page is white with the exception of titles and the post metadata below the post title (date, author, categories). Are there still issues you are wanting to address?

    Thanks, however I have managed to sort it out, and this thread can be closed! Sorry for not informing anyone earlier.
