Changing amount of posts visible on home page

  I would like to lower the amount of posts visible on my home page so that the page is not so large. Maybe 3-4 posts per page. Is there a way to do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  From your Dashboard go to Settings>Reading and enter the preferred number for ‘Blog pages show at most’.
