Changing and automatic payment for an upgrade

A previous employee of the company used the company credit card to but an upgrade. Mistakingly, this was done using her own personal username rather than one set up to manage the blog. She has now left and we are unable to get in contact with her.
As the upgrade was purchased on her account (which has now been closed) we currently do not have access to remove the subscription so that we can repurchase it from our own administrators account.
We can see the details of the upgrade on ‘My Upgrades’ but since none of the purchase was not made by any of the current administrators, they are not able to change the subscription.
Can someone help?

What’s the name of the upgrade you’re referring to? (You can see it in Store -> My Upgrades.)
