Changing and deleting a blog

  Hello,
  we are an e-shop called Almara Shop with a website http://www.almara-shop.cz. When I was founding a blog ere on WordPress I wanted to call it almarashop.wordpress.com, but the domain was already taken. So I chose aniother name. It looks now the domain has been left though and the blog doesn´t exist, Anyway, when trying to rename my blog, it is not possible. Could you help us? We would like to use that one.

  almarashop.wordpress.com is no longer available.

  The authors have deleted this site.

  I’m afraid that address is gone. If the owners delete a blog it is impossible for anyone else to claim that address. You won’t be able to change your blog’s address to that one.

  You can always see if the URL you want can’t be registered as a custom domain. If you buy a custom domain, that will appear in people’s browsers instead of your WordPress.com address, so it won’t matter if that address is not the one you want: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/
