changing and erasing an old blog.

    I have created a new blog. My old one was called the scarlet manifesto. Now I changed it to the observastory. But the scarletmanifesto is still there, but also calling itself the observastory. How do I take that one away? Because it doesnt even have content on it. Its confusing. Also The little picture of my face in the url address field is not showing on my new blog, its still on the old one. Help please :)
