changing appearance of main heading

  The heading on the blog is Richardsnowediting. I want to change it to Richard Snow Editing, (with spaces and caps at the start of each word) but I cant find a mechanism in the options for the heading that lets me do this – just options for changing the header photo. Could you please tell me where it is . The site is richardsnowediting.wordpress.com

  Please note error above, wordpress has said The blog I need help with is richardsnowwriter.com. which is not correct. it’s richardsnoweditor.
