Changing Avatar for WordPress Account With Same Email

Hi there,
I created a WordPress account a long time ago. However, I recently started working for a website that uses wordpress as well, and they used the same email to set up my account with them.
I’m wanting to change my avatar on the new website; however, whenever I login to Gravatar to change it, it takes me to my original profile that I created years ago.
How do I go about logging in/changing the avatar for the new website instead of the original account? I’m sure it’s a simple solution I’m missing, so I appreciate your help.

It sounds like the email for one account is also added as the secondary email on another account. Do I understand correctly?
Can you please give me the email addresses involved? Then I can take a look for you. Type each email on its own line, and it won’t be publicly visible.
