Changing background color above top menu on the header image

  Hello,

  I need help changing background color above the top menu on the header image where the logo would be. Right now it’s a transparent black and I’d like to change it to white. Does anyone know if this is possible?

  Also, does anyone know why the logo scales down when you go to another page? like the About Us page?
