Changing background colors

  Hello. I would like to change my background colors to go with the headers I use. I will be purchasing the CSS upgrade so I can do this, but is there a list of the codes that correspond to colors? For example, I want to change the background I have now to a soft green but am clueless as to what number that color is. Thanks!
