Changing background of blogging section

  I am trying to figure out how to change the background color of the blog portion of my site. Not the floral but the light center. If you look closely its actually thin lines. I would like to make it solid white so that it doesn’t stand out from my the outline of my header.

  Again, I am not trying to change the overall (floral) background. Any help is much appreciated.

  HI there,

  I believe this might do the trick:

  #page {
      background-color: beige;
  }

  You can replace the color name “beige” for any color code you wish to use.

  That did not work. Do you have any other suggestions? And do you know what that part of the blog is called. The part where the blogging and photos are posted? My issue is that you can see a white box around my logo and I would prefer if the whole page was white.

  Hi there, the background for the content area is actually a repeating image, so the background-color declaration in #page in @fabianapsimoes above CSS has to be changed to just “background” as below (#FFFFFF is white):

  #page {
      background: #FFFFFF;
  }

  Tasha, the current layout of your site is lovely! It’s very relaxed and goes with what you’re doing. That’s just my opinion though!
