Changing background outside of content area

  How do I keep the foreground content area white, but change the background?

  rap-up.com

  If your site is hosted on the wordpress.com platform have you tried Dashboard >> Appearance >> Background?

  Yeah, that ends up changing everything. So the whole screen changes colour, including the content area.
