Changing backup email address

  I have a primary email address which is my user name, but all notifications of followers come to another email address. I can’t find where to change the notification email address. The notifications come to my back-up email. I need to change that. Please help.

  Hi there,

  A WordPress.com account can only be associated with one email address at a time, and all notifications are sent to that email address. Where are you seeing this backup email address you’re referring to?

  You can update your account email address from the account settings page at https://wordpress.com/me/account/

  Change Your Email Address
