Changing Banner to an Image

  Hi,

  I’m new to WordPress and I’m using the default theme. I want to change the big blue rectangle up top that has my blog’s title and description on it into an image. Is this possilbe, and if so, how do I do it?

  Can’t do that…. You CAN change the color through the Presentation tab. There’s a lot more about what you can and can’t do in the HUGE PINK STICKIES at the top of the forum….

  or pick a different theme (like “Connections”) and upload / crop a photo.

  There’s a FAQ on which themes allow their header images to be replaced.

  Mark, if you see this, the listing for Connections has the wrong size. It’s wider than 74 pixels. :)
