Changing banner width on Imbalance2 theme

  Hi, I want to enlarge the header banner size on by blog which uses the Imbalance2 theme. While I see a few responses to this, I am unable to really see where this customization can be done. Please help? How can I expand the banner width and move the links on the page around, perhaps below the banner. here is my site (in test/dummy phase) http://comeseizetheword.wordpress.com/. thanks for your help!

  In order to make these changes you will need the Custom Design upgrade. Here for more information.
