Changing between plans

  Hi, I have a free plan at the moment but I want to trial out either a premium or business plan to see what is best for me and if I like it or not. I have a few questions:

  1. if I upgrade to a premium or business plan, am I able to go back to a free plan at any time I want with NO cost? e.g. after 1 or 2 months.
  2. am I locked in for one year (both plans say they are billed yearly) and if so, how much would I be charged to downgrade my plan?
  3. how easy/what would be the process to downgrade my plan?
