  Hi, you can customize blocks by using CSS. But therefore you need the right pricing plan. You cannot customize CSS with free version. Here you will info about the plans and possibilities https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  If you already have at least a Premium plan you can find info about customizing CSS here: https://wordpress.com/support/custom-design/custom-css/.

  Hi, I would do this with CSS but therefore you need to have at least a Premium Plan. If you do so then you can customize CSS via customize>additional css.
