Changing blog Address

  So I started my blog almost 2 weeks ago, and ever since then I’ve been trying to change my blog address. Whenever I click the link and based on the instructions provided, it says that the function is down and to try again in a few days. Has anyone else had this problem or do you know how to avoid this?

  Me, too, and the staff don’t seem to be responding to questions as much. Wonder what’s going on?
