Changing Blog Address

  I’d like to change my blog address to goonerview.wordpress.com, from dailyafc.wordpress.com But I can’t because it says that blog address is currently taken, but when you go that url address it says clearly that it no longer exists. The author has deleted it. So I already own the domain name, goonerview.com, and it would be good if you could somehow fix my wordpress.com blog address too because it isn’t in use by anyone else really?
