Changing blog address

  I’m unable to find the section where I can change the address of my blog. The help section says it should be under General Settings but its not! I can’t seem to find it anywhere

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I suppose you’re getting your information from the documentation page here? http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  The part with General Settings is only if you want to change the blog name/title. To change the address (for example from a.wordpress.co to b.wordpress.com), follow the instruction on that page starting from the “Instructions for Changing Your Blog Address” section.
