Changing blog address

  How do I change the blog address? The support page (http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/#instructions-for-changing-your-blog-address) says you can on your My Blogs page, that a “change blog address” should appear, but it does not. It doesn’t look anything like that example screenshot, so I assume it’s outdated or something only premium members can do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  You will need to hover your cursor on the link so it appears. If you’re on a tablet or touch screen device it might not show up (according to past forum threads), so you might want to test this on a PC.

  I tried that, but nothing happens when I hover over the URL. When I hover over the blog title, it says “visit site” but that’s it. I’m on a laptop. The “My Blogs” screen looks completely different than the screencap on that support page.
