changing blog address

  I need to change the blog address for a couple of sites that I have. I’ve done this a couple times before, but when I went to “My Blogs” and was brought to the listing of all of the blogs I own/admin, there is no option to get to the next screen – let alone the maintenance screen that has all the options to do bulk actions like change names, transfer blogs, etc.

  What gives?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can change your blogs’ address or transfer the blog by going to this page:
  https://meadowlarkevents.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs

  The options will appear when you hover your cursor under the blog address there.
