I accidentally changed my blog address. Is there a way to get the old domain back?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The answer is no.
7. The final option on this screen allows you to discard your current address. This option will permanently disable the address and you will not be able to reuse it. Only select this option if you are sure you will not use the address again. If you want to redirect traffic to the new blog, you can keep the address and purchase the Site Redirect upgrade. https://en.support.wordpress.com/site-redirect/ Note: if you do not select this option, you will see your original address under My Sites.

Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.

Changing a URL is meant to be a permanent and irreversible act. No changed or deleted blog URLs are recycled here, regardless of who registered and deleted them and the only exceptions are made are for URLs that were deleted 2 or more years ago
