Changing Blog Address Error

  Hi, I’m trying to change the site address of my blog by following the instructions listed here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/. However, when I click the “Change Blog Address” link, I get redirected to an error page saying the page I’m looking for doesn’t exist.

  Can you help?

  It is currently https://paintedplumgoods.wordpress.com/, but I’d like it to be https://birchtreepages.wordpress.com/.

  https://https://paintedplumgoods.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs

  and change the address/URL
