  Can I change the address of my blog? Not the blog name, the blog address.

  If you want to change the blog address ie. the URL, then you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to do that by using this guide http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/ Read carefully first and proceed with caution.

  If you want to register your own domain then that can be done. You can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade. Note it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
