Changing blog address vs. creating a new blog

  Hi!

  I only wanted to change my old blog address to a new one, but created an entirely new blog instead, using up the blog address I initially wanted to change it to. I understand if I delete the new blog, both the username and blog address will no longer be accessible to anyone?

  What is the best way to keep all the content from my old blog but link it to the new blog address I have?

  Why don’t you just Export the content of the old blog and Import it on the new blog? You do that on the Tools page of the dashboard of each blog. Then set the old one to Private or leave one page public that contains a link to the new blog.
