Changing blog adress

  How could not change the address of my blog (vickywriter.wordpress.com), I created another blog with the address you would like to use (blogdavicky.wordpress.com). Then I saw how to change the address, but I could not change it because he had created another blog with the address you would like to use (blogdavicky.wordpress.com). Then deleted the blog with the address you would like to use (blogdavicky.wordpress.com) and then change the existing (vickywriter.wordpress.com). But it still keeps popping up that address (blogdavicky.wordpress.com) exists, why can not I use it. You have to delete that information from the system so that I can use this address?

  Once a blog URL has been deleted, it is gone forever. Deletion is permanent. WordPress does not recycle deleted blog addresses.
