Changing blog domain name

  Is it possible to change the blog domain name once it is done. I want to change mine from http://www.sugarose.wordpress.com to the title of the blog which is handmade kids (so http://www.handmadekids.wordpress.com).

  But am not sure if I am able to do this?

  The only way you can do that is if the domain is available. If it is, then grab it. Export your posts from the old blog and import them into the new.

  (By the way, there is no www in your blog url)
