changing blog header size on home and other pages

  Hi, i’m using the Modernize theme and have a blog post as Latest News at the bottom of pages. The blog title is using h2 and i’d prefer this to be h5. How do I change when appearing on pages? I don’t mind it being h1 on the post page itself, but want it to be h5 when appearing on others. My site is http://www.jrfp.com.au
