changing blog link to my comments

  Whenever someone clicks on my username attached to one of my comments, it doesn’t link to my
  blog. Is there a setting I can adjust to make it do so?

  It should be doing it already. Can you give us an example?

  For example, when a user clicks on my username link, it takes them to a general wordpress page that has nothing to do with my blog. It’s just a “create an account now” page.

  If i click on your username here, it goes to your blog. It’s the same setting for the linking here as in comments.

  Can you give us a link to a comment where it’s not working?

  What’s here in the forums is assigned when the account is originally created. It’s seperate from then on from the blog account.

  Dashboard -> Users -> Your Profile -> URL I think it’s labeled. Change it there. Do remember that it’s a URL so please include the ‘http://’ bit.

  Still would like to see an example though just in case it may be a different issue that you’re having.

  I fixed my problem. I couldn’t fix it the way you said, drmike, so I just deleted all blogs except for one in my account and now my username in comments links directly to that blog. Thanks for your help.

  Gotta admit that that is a rather poor way of dealing with the issue as those blogs are now forever gone and you still never pointed us to an example of this.

  But if it works for you…
