Changing Blog name

  Hi I want to change my blog’s name and ddress But I want the new name still take the search to me blog ..
  in the same time if some one try looking for my old blog name not to be able to find it
  so in a nut shell i want the old blog with new name and address
  thank you for your help

  You can purchase the site redirect upgrade which will forward all traffic from the old blog to the new blog.

  As far as the old blog showing up in search engines, it will take 3-6 months for it to disappear, and it might not completely disappear if other sites have linked to your old blog. I have a 4 year old blog that was set to private about 3.5 years ago and it still shows up in Google.

  Thank you for the info.. hummm .. so i can change the blog name.. yes and the address being dd16591569.wordpress.com ( i can change the dd16591569) to something else ?
  with out purchasing the upgrade ..
