changing blog name

  I was able to change my blog address and selected the option to change over the existing content/blog to match the new address, but it did not change the blog name. I cannot find a way to change the blog name or create a blog with the new name to match the address without permanently deleting site. HELP!

  You can change your site title in the Settings section of your blog’s Dashboard.
