Changing Blog Name

Hi
I am thinking of changing the name of my blog “velvetineandfeather” to “styleidentify”. How do I do that without losing the current posts and gallery?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Well do you want the URL to be changed as well?
You can change the title of the blog in settings -> general. You can change the URL by going dashboard -> my blogs change URL. Be sure to pay attention when asked if you want to permanently delete your old URL,.that option is final

I have a similar question. I created a blog then decided to change the user name. Now Google & Bing searches take me to the old user name, which no longer exists. How do I eliminate the memory of the old user name? Old user name dicksamuels.wordpress.com, new user name cadoganchurch.wordpress.com

Hi, I tried to change my blog name from “cyberwanderlustblog” to “cyberwanderlust” but it has been already been registered. I know I registered this blog earlier and I have deleted it! When you try to access it – it says>
“cyberwanderlust.wordpress.com is no longer available.
The authors have deleted this site.”But still I cannot use that name again although it’s not used anymore!
Can someone tell me how to get access to cyberwanderlust.wordpress.com?

If you deleted it, it’s deleted. It’s going to stay deleted forever. This was explained in the warnings during the deletion process: there are three warnings and an email confirmation. If you still went ahead and deleted it, you’re out of luck. It is indeed deleted.

I recently changed my blog name from hoot books to hoot reads. Everything else says hoot reads including my URL, but in My Blogs, it’s still listed as Hoot Books. Is there anyway of changing this?
