changing blog name

  How do I change my blog name so that it shows a different name on my dashboard. I managed to change it in the blog itself but on dashboard it still shows old name.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you go to Settings–> General on your dashboard, you can change your blog name at the top of the page.
