Changing blog name

  Is it possible to change the name and website address of my blog without losing my followers or content? My blog is currently called Healthy in High School found at healthyinhighschool.com.

  I would like to change it to On Her Way found at onherway.com.

  I just don’t want to make it hard for my followers to find me or lose the posts I have already put up.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That is not a blog hosted by WordPress.COM. Our WordPress.COM support docs do not relate to WordPress.ORG software, and we cannot provide support for it. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
