changing blog name

  I want to change the name of my blog. If I do this, does the content of the previous blog show up under the new name?
  I’d like to have the content available on the new site and have a new log in and display name.

  When you say ‘have a new log in and display name’, do you mean you want to move the site to another WordPress.com account?
