Changing blog name listed in the global dashboard
-
On the top of the screen there is a grey menu bar. The second item on that menu is “My Blags” – a dropdown list.
There are two blogs in the dropdown list. I want to change their names as listed in the “My Blogs” menu.
Please list the steps to change their internal names.
Thanks in advance
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

G’evening
The blog title and tagline can be changed at any time here >
Settings > General
don’t forget to click “Save Changes”
Happy blogging! -
Thanks for your reply. However, I don’t want to change the Blog Title or the tagline.
I want to change the blog name as listed in the “My Blogs” menu, because I created two blogs with similar names and I can’t tell them apart. I don’t want to delete the blogs as I want the subdomain associated with them (ie xxx.wordpress.com).

The listings in the “my blogs” pulldown in the admin bar reflect the names of the blogs as set in settings > general for each blog. There is no way to change it to where there are different names in the two places.

The Manage Blog drop down lists your blogs by the blog title, not the URL, so change them as timethief suggested.

I don’t think they want to change the titles, they just want to change the label showing in the “my blogs” pulldown, an alias as it were.
