Changing blog pages format

Hi I am using Oxygen theme for my blog page. However I realised the posts are formated in a way that it only shows a featured image on the homapage and you have to click on the image to reveal the full content of the post. This is not really what i need i just would need to see the full post in the home page. every other thing is good with the theme so I was wondering how i could change the blog page format. Any help is appreciated thanks.

I see that you have set up your blog to see that you have updated the blog so that all of your posts are displayed on your home page in their entirety. Great!

Yes I have updated teh blog however the blog post do not show in their entirety you have to click on the featured images and it says read article then you go to the full content of the post. Can you help me to solve this please?

Gotcha. The Oxygen Theme isn’t technically designed for posts to display its entire content. However, one of our experienced volunteers explained how to use a work around for the way the Oxygen theme is set up to only show excerpts:

Thank you . I checked the forum. Managed to do the excerpt however that doesnt solve the problem as the youtube files dont show you still have to click on read article part. Is there a way to just alter the blog format section with a different themes blog format?

There may be a way via CSS, but again, the theme isn’t built to showcase the entire post on the page, so there might be better theme options with what you had in mind.
Staff and volunteers in our CSS forums could give you options on creating full blog posts, if it is possible.
