Changing blog post colours in Karuna

Do you know if it’s possible when using the Karuna theme to change the colour of the copy that is blog titles or the roll over state colour?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Sure thing. On a free site, you can try the customizer for built in color schemes. Or, if you’d like to upgrade to a plan that supports CSS, that will open up more options:
