Changing blog RUL and name

  Hi
  I’d like to change the name of my blog, and also the blog’s URL. It seems easy enough to do, but – what will happen to the people who follow the blog? Will I lose them, or will they be automatically redirected to the new URL?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
