Changing blog site to deleted URL

  I want to change my blog site name from redwavestudio.wordpress.com to redwavestudios.wordpress.com The site says that the user deleted it ( may have been my first website than i deleted it, and made a new one . When i go to change the name of my blog / site it says “site already exists” even though the site has been deleted by the host. Sorry and Thank you :)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sorry once a site is deleted it is never recycled, even to the original owner. You will need to use another name or buy a custom domain name and map it to your blog here.
