Changing Blog Title

  I am new to WordPress. How do I change the blog title from what it originally defaulted to when I signed up?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Click on settings. You already changed your title. So I guess you also want to change the tagline. You can do it there.
