  I’m changing the name and URL of my website and am having little luck since I am not a developer. Any suggestions?

  Made some progress. Now the blog has the name (tillypick.com) correct but the browser window still references the old one. UGH! Can anyone help?

  If the browser references the old one, please clear your cache or type in manually the new one to go to it. You are talking about domain mapping, not just changing the name and URL, and both links go to tillypick.com. It could be your browser is not refreshing yet.
