Changing blog url

  I’m wondering if it is possible to change the URL of my blog. Right now it is https://cynicalinsight.wordpress.com/, and I want to change it to https://perceptiveinsight.wordpress.com/. Is there any way to do this? If so, how?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
