Changing blog URL to non-WordPress domain

  I’d like to change the blog address from a wordpress domain to my own domain. I have bought the domain elsewhere so I don’t want to upgrade to WordPress’s domain upgrade option. So where can I change the URL for my blog without being led into a $17/month domain agreement with WordPress?!

  If you’re trying to map an existing domain, you’ll need to use the domain mapping upgrade.
