Changing Button Location

  I am trying to change the position of a button on my Fox WordPress theme. I set up a test page, http://www.sumfitness.com/testpage and created a button (it’s just plain red because I haven’t edited it yet) that I would like to place over my image. I believe this is the correct element and css code but nothing is happening.

  Can anyone provide any help on this one?
