Changing card details for auto renewal of an upgrade

  I need to change credit card details for an auto renewal on an upgrade paid for by someone who no longer is with the site. Nothing is showing up under the upgrade to allow me to change the details

  Hi there!

  The upgrade is owned by the user account that originally purchased it and is the only person who has access to update the auto renewal information. If the upgrade is non-domain related, you can do one of two things:

  1. Have the upgrade owner submit a request to transfer ownership of the upgrade to you. They can simply login to their WordPress.com account and respond directly to this message. Since it’s set to auto renew, they may want to do this before the transaction is processed.

  2. Wait for the upgrade to expire, then on the same day you can purchase the upgrade under your user account.
