Changing Category Listing Output Code

  Hey all,

  I am trying to get wp_list_categories to output code in this format:

  
  <li>
  <a>
  <strong>Category Title</strong>
  Category Description
  </a>
  </li>
  

  Instead of the

  <li><a>Category Title</a></li>

  normal format. I have tried to change the code on category-template.php but am not getting anywhere

  Afraid you’re at the wrong site. These forums here are for the hosted version of WordPress called WordPress Multiuser in which we don’t have access to the theme files. In your case, you need to be over at http://wordpress.org/support

  One suggestion though. I would actually state what you have done to make those changes. Tell them that you’ve tried doesn’t really help since they can’t see what you’ve done.
