Changing CNAME or Linking Domain to External Site

    I would like to know how to link my domain (www.officialchaotik.com) to an external site (officialchaotik.squarespace.com). I would like my domain to remain http://www.officialchaotik.com but I want the content of the site to be from officialchaotik.squarespace.com. Im having trouble understanding how to change the CNAME or what Im supposed to do in order to link it. please let me know if you can help

    Hello, I bought my domain through wordpress and I’m trying to use tumblr as my blog instead. I was looking under support and it says I don’t need to do a full transfer. I am trying to change the CNAME and/or A-record but it doesn’t seem to be working.

    This is what I’m following:

    CNAME <subdomain> <host>
    A <subdomain> <IP>

    What would be my subdomain? What would be the host?

    the domain I use is tosinmojispeaks.com…this is what I want to redirect to tumblr.
